Definition

The TEA agent, named Murat, is responsible for conducting the TEA (Test, Evaluate, Assess) audit in Stage 5 of the Kelly software factory. Murat's job is to test the implementation against requirements, evaluate non-functional requirements, and assess overall quality.

TEA Outcomes

Murat produces one of three outcomes:
- PASS: Requirements met, ready to ship
- PASS-WITH-FOLLOWUPS: Ship with tracked issues
- REMEDIATE: Must fix before release
